Terms of Service

The agreement between you and Melvorno, written to be read. Last updated: 7 October 2026.

1. Who We Are

Melvorno is a trading name of Martech Consultancy Ltd., 565 Green Lanes, London N8 0RL, United Kingdom. “We” and “us” mean that company. “You” means the business that subscribes to the service.

2. The Service

Melvorno is a subscription service that looks after an existing WordPress, WooCommerce or Sanity website: monitoring, updates, content, SEO, design and development. The work is carried out by AI agents and supervised by people.

Work that falls outside the plan, such as ERP integrations or other enterprise projects, is not included. If you ask for it, we will tell you so.

3. Response and Resolution

We respond to every request within 60 minutes, at any hour of any day. Our target is to resolve each task within 48 hours. It is a target, not a guarantee. A task that depends on an answer or an approval from you waits until we have it.

Requests run through a queue in the order they arrive. You can always see your place in it.

4. Your Approval

Changes are prepared on a staging copy of your site and shown to you with before/after evidence. Nothing is deployed to your live site without your approval. A deployed change can be rolled back.

Urgent work to restore a site that is down may be carried out first and reported to you immediately afterwards.

5. Price and Payment

The plan costs €290 per month, or £249 or $319 depending on your billing currency. It is billed monthly in advance. There is no setup fee. Prices include any VAT or sales tax that applies.

Moving a single task to the front of the queue costs €100 (£85 or $110) and is charged only when you choose it.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your card number.

6. Fair Use

You may send as many requests as your website reasonably needs. The plan covers one business and its website. It may not be used to resell our work to third parties.

7. What We Need From You

To do the work we need full administrator access to your website and to its hosting account, and, where relevant, to connected services. You confirm that you are entitled to give us that access and that you hold the rights to the content you ask us to publish.

8. Ownership

Your website, your content and your data remain yours. Work we deliver for your site becomes yours once the period in which it was delivered has been paid.

9. Cancelling

There is no minimum term. You can cancel at any time. The service keeps running until the end of the period you have paid for, and you can export your data at any point.

If you are not satisfied, tell us within 14 days of your first payment and we refund that payment in full.

We may end the agreement with 30 days’ notice, or immediately if the service is used unlawfully or invoices remain unpaid.

10. Liability

We carry out the service with reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Beyond that, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim arose, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit.

11. Changes to These Terms

If we change these terms we will tell you at least 30 days before the change takes effect. If you do not agree, you can cancel before that date.

12. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer in another country, this does not take away rights your local law gives you.

Questions about these terms go to a person. Use the contact page.
