Privacy Policy

What we collect, why, and what you can do about it. Last updated: 7 October 2026.

Who Is Responsible

The controller of your personal data is Martech Consultancy Ltd., trading as Melvorno, 565 Green Lanes, London N8 0RL, United Kingdom.

For any privacy question or request, use the contact page and choose “Privacy and my data”.

What We Collect on This Website

Site analysis. When you ask for an analysis we collect the website address you enter and no email. We open the public home page of that site, and the report is stored at its own unlisted link. Contact form. We collect your email, the topic and your message, and use them only to answer you.

Server logs. Our hosting provider records technical data for every visit, such as IP address, time, the page requested and the browser used. This is needed to deliver the site and keep it secure.

Cookies. This website sets no advertising or analytics cookies. Fonts are served from our own server, not from a third party.

What We Collect When You Are a Customer

Account and billing details: your name, business name, email and billing address. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.

Your requests and our replies, so the work can be done and its history kept.

Access details for your website and connected services, which we use only to carry out the work you ask for. If your website holds personal data about your own customers, we handle it only on your instructions and only as far as the task requires.

How AI Is Involved

Your requests are read and processed by AI models operated by third-party providers acting on our behalf, currently Anthropic. They receive what is needed to understand and carry out a task. People supervise the work and review anything an agent is unsure about.

Why We Are Allowed to Do This

To answer a request you sent us and to perform our contract with you. To meet legal duties such as tax records. And for our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure and working.

Who Receives Your Data

Only the service providers we need to run Melvorno: hosting, payment processing, email delivery, the task system in which requests are handled, and AI model providers. They act on our instructions. We do not sell personal data.

Some of these providers are located outside the United Kingdom and the European Economic Area. Where that is the case, transfers are protected by the safeguards the law provides, such as standard contractual clauses.

How Long We Keep It

Form submissions are kept for up to 12 months. Customer records are kept for as long as you are a customer and afterwards for as long as tax and accounting law requires. Server logs are kept for a short period by the hosting provider.

Your Rights

You can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive it in a portable format.

You also have the right to complain to a data protection authority: in the United Kingdom the Information Commissioner’s Office, in the European Union the authority of the country you live in.
