Getting Started
Who is behind this?
TheWPClan, an agency founded in 2005. The people who supervise the work have been in the craft for 30 years. Melvorno is how that experience is delivered at this speed and price.
How do I start?
On the Get Started page you subscribe on a secure Stripe payment page. Then we email you access to your customer portal.
Which platforms do you work with?
WordPress and WooCommerce sites, and sites built with Next.js and Sanity, usually hosted on Vercel. Not sure what yours runs on? Ask through the contact page and we will check.
Do you build new websites?
No. Melvorno looks after a WordPress, WooCommerce or Sanity site you already have.
How many sites does one plan cover?
One plan covers one business and one website.
Can agencies use Melvorno for their clients?
No. The plan is for your own business and may not be used to resell our work to others.
Can I ask something before I subscribe?
Yes. Use the contact page and choose "Before I subscribe". A person replies within one business day.
Speed and Work
How do I send a request?
In your customer portal, in writing. One request or many, in plain words, in English, German, French, Dutch, Turkish or Japanese. Something as simple as "why is my homepage slow?" works fine.
How fast is it, really?
You get a first response within 60 minutes, at any hour of any day. Our target is to resolve every task within 48 hours, and we meet it 96% of the time.
Is a whole redesign really done in 48 hours?
No. A large job is split into smaller tasks, and each task is delivered and approved on its own. The 48 hours apply to a task, not to a project.
What do your agents never do?
They never promise dates, prices or scope, and they never try to sell you anything. Billing and legal questions always go to a human.
Are there limits?
Fair use applies. The queue is real and visible, and you can skip it anytime for €100.
Security and Access
What if AI breaks my site?
Nothing goes live without your approval. Every change arrives with before/after evidence, and undoing it takes one click. The one exception is an emergency: if your site is down, we restore it first and report to you immediately.
What access do you need?
Full administrator access to your site and to your hosting account. Looking after a site properly means being able to reach everything it runs on.
Billing and Cancelling
Why is it this cheap?
Agents do the work and masters supervise. You pay for craft, not for meetings, offices or waiting.
Is hosting included?
No. Your site stays with your current host.
Is there a setup fee or a minimum term?
Neither. You pay month by month.
What if I am not happy?
Tell us within the first 14 days and we refund your payment in full. No questions.
Can I cancel?
Anytime. Everything keeps running until the end of the period you paid for, and you can export your data whenever you like.
Can I talk to a human?
Yes, when it matters. Questions before you subscribe, and anything about billing, contracts or privacy, are answered by a person at no charge through the contact page. The work itself runs in writing, which is where the speed and the price come from. For strategy beyond the plan you can book a session with the founder: €500 per hour, online, in English.
